What this notice covers. aissamirhir.com and the services behind it.

What is collected, and why.

1. Visits. With your agreement, each page view records the page address, the language, the referring site's host, the country, a coarse screen size and a coarse browser class. A random key identifies the visit for as long as the tab is open. Purpose: knowing which writing is read and whether the site is fast. Legal basis: your consent.
2. Comments and reactions. The name and text you submit, the language, the country, and an irreversible hash of a random identifier kept in your browser. Comments are public by design. Legal basis: your consent, given by posting.
3. Messages. What you type in the contact form: name, email address, message. Purpose: answering you. Legal basis: your request.
4. Server and CDN logs. The hosting provider and Cloudflare process the request, including the IP address, to deliver the page and to stop abuse. Cloudflare may set a bot-management cookie. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a working, non-abused site.

What is never done. No advertising, no sale of data, no cross-site profiling, no third-party analytics, no IP address stored in the site's own database, no attempt to link a comment to a browsing session.

How long. Visits and sessions 90 days, aggregated counts 395 days, crawler records 90 days, comments until you or I remove them, messages as long as the conversation is useful.

Where. On servers under my control, plus Cloudflare's network.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, and withdrawing consent at any time — under the GDPR where it applies to you, and under Moroccan law 09-08. Write to contact@aissamirhir.com and expect an answer within a month. For a comment, saying which one is enough; nothing else needs identifying.
